For the first time this season, Boise State is not the top-ranked team in the Group of Five rankings.
The Broncos lost to Oklahoma State in Week 3, and in doing so, the Cowboys fell behind UCF in the Week 4 rankings. The Knights were idle after Hurricane Florence forced the cancellation of their trip to North Carolina.
Elsewhere, BYU jumped 10 spots (No. 15 to No. 5) with their win at Wisconsin, and North Texas went from No. 5 to No. 3 with their demolition of Arkansas.
