Seven ACC teams played FCS opponents in Week 2. An eighth played a low-level FBS team, and a ninth played one of the worst Power Five teams in the country. The ACC's cupcake serving in Week 2 was much softer than the SEC's cupcake serving in Week 12.
Does it suck that SEC teams are playing three FCS teams and four-level FBS teams in Week 12? Big time. It'd be great if the second-to-last regular-season week of the year was laced with can't-miss matchups instead of Idaho–Florida, The Citadel–Alabama and Liberty–Auburn.
However, stop whining specifically over the SEC's cupcake week (starting at 0:42 below):
