Twenty-one years after Matt Foley made his last appearance on Saturday Night Live, his protege has finally arrived: Ed Foley.
Ed Foley arrived at Temple in 2008, has been retained by three head coaches, was associate head coach (and tight ends coach and special teams coordinator) this season and is serving as Owls' interim coach for a second time. He was interim coach for their 2016 bowl game after Matt Rhule left for Baylor and was named Temple's interim coach last week after head coach Geoff Collins left for Georgia Tech.
