3. University of Oregon

The relative opposite of the University of Washington, U of O is known for its athletics rather than its academics. Their financial backing from Phil Knight and tight knit relationship with Nike have allowed them to develop beastly athletics programs. For them adding men's hockey to the mix would just continue in the direction they're already heading: NCAA athletics domination. The new Matthew Knight Arena could easily be renovated to support ice and the two programs would have no issue sharing the venue. For the Ducks hockey could easily become another massive revenue generator.
