5. Northern Arizona – The Walkup Skydome
There had to be one indoor stadium on the list, and Northern Arizona’s is the prettiest of the bunch. Its wooden panels make it one of the more unique stadiums in the world, and it was actually the largest clear-span timber dome in the world before the Tacoma Dome was built.
The Walkup Skydome has 10,000 permanent seats, and while many in rainy climates may be wondering why Northern Arizona uses a dome and their school doesn’t, it’s probably helpful for its fans in escaping the heat.
