Life is good for the those in and around the UCF football program right now. It's so good that even their communications staff is winning.
It's been just two years since head coach George O'Leary resigned during an eventual winless (0-12) season (their second winless season since 2004) and second-year coach Scott Frost has the Knights 3-0 — in contention for a New Year's Six bowl berth. They demolished Memphis in Week 5 and enter this weekend with a chance to tie idle South Florida atop the American standings.
That chance comes against Cincinnati, whom UCF lost to by a margin of 52-7 just two years ago. And, obviously, another loss — by any margin — would not be ideal, which the football communications staff kindly reminded us of.

Yes, they are correct. A win would be better than a loss. That's really excellent research by the Knights' staff.
UCF and Cincinnati are scheduled to kickoff at 8:00 p.m. ET from Cincinnati on Saturday.
