These two teams already met once this season in the AAC opener back in September, with UCF prevailing 40-13 in a quarterback duel.
Memphis QB Riley Ferguson passed for 321 yards on 27 of 49 passes, but threw one touchdown to his three interceptions. UCF signal-caller McKenzie Milton completed 19 of 31 attempts for 253 yards and three touchdowns with a pick.
This time around the winner will be the AAC champion and have a very strong shot at a New Year's Six bowl game.
