I played the game until my junior year of college and have coached high school on and off ever since. Much like hockey, finding the back of the net in lax takes a ton of cutting, picking and dodging in a creative offense.
On Thursday night, Hofstra and Massachusetts were tied 12-12 as the final seconds ticked away in the CAA conference semifinal game. That's when UMass ace Dan Muller pulled off the impossible.
