Jeremiah Briscoe, Sam Houston State
Stats: 41-of-69 (59.4%), 703 yards, 7 TD, 2 INT
One of just three FCS quarterbacks over the 700 yard mark to start the season, the returning Walter Payton Award winner is picking up right where he left off last season – and the Bearkats are 2-0.

Taryn Christion, South Dakota State
Stats: 42-of-59 (71.2%), 521 yards, 5 TDs, 1 INT; 16 carries, 153 yards, 2 TD
Christion has done a little bit of everything — exactly what you'd expect from SDSU's dual-threat QB. He's scored seven total touchdowns and has just one interception so far.

Hayden Hildebrand, Central Arkansas
Stats: 46 of 60 (76.7%), 484 yards, 4 TDs, 2 INT
Hildebrand is second in the FCS completing 76.7 percent of his 60 passing attempts, leading the Bears to a 1-1 record on the season so far. He's averaging more than 240 yards per game on the young season.

Devlin Hodges, Samford
Stats: 46-of-71 (64.8%), 558 yards, 7 TDs, 2 INT
Hodges has been really good for a Samford team that is 2-0 heading into a week three matchup with FBS Georgia. The (Samford) Bulldogs will need to be on their game next week against the (Georgia) Bulldogs.

Kyle Lauletta, Richmond
Stats: 61-of-94 (64.9%), 852 yards, 5 TD, 3 INT
Richmond's senior signal caller is off to a hot start averaging over 400 yards per game in each of the Spiders' first two contests. The Spiders are 1-1 in two tough games against Sam Houston State and Colgate this season. Lauletta leads the FCS in yards after 2 weeks.

Brad Mayes, Lehigh
Stats: 56-of-87 (64.4%), 740 yards, 7 TD, 1 INT
Mayes is second in the FCS with 740 yards and he's completing nearly 65 percent of his passes while throwing 7 touchdowns to just 1 interception. The Mountain Hawks might be 0-2 on the season, but Mayes is balling.

Caylin Newton, Howard
Stats: 24-of-48 (50%), 365 yards, 2 TD, 2 INT; 35 carries, 224 yards, 4 TDs
True freshman alert! The youngster for Howard has been electric — especially on the ground — rushing for over 200 yards and scoring four TDs on the ground to help Howard to a 1-1 record, including the biggest upset ever against UNLV.

Lamar Raynard, North Carolina A&T
Stats: 36-of-47 (76.5%), 583 yards, 8 TD
The most efficient quarterback in the FCS after two weeks, Lamar Raynard has just 11 incompletions on the year in 47 pass attempts. Oh, and he has 8 touchdowns to boot. He's third in completion percentage in the FCS right now.

Bryan Schor, James Madison
Stats: 42-of-57 (73.7%), 508 yards, 6 TDs, 2 INT ; 20 carries, 74 yards, 1 TD
James Madison has blown away both of its first two opponents — including FBS ECU — and Bryan Schor has been one of the most efficient quarterbacks in the country in that span. He's fourth in completion percentage among FCS QBs.

Chris Streveler, South Dakota
Stats: 36-of-58 (62.1%), 550 yards, 6 TDs
Streveler has been great for a Coyotes team that just took down FBS Bowling Green. It's hard to complain about 60+ percent completions percentage and six touchdowns without a pick.
