The Empire 8 passing TD leader, Hartwick's Billy Pine has been impressive this year with 27 passing TDs and a further five on the ground. His 9.2 yards per attempt average ranks second in the conference, and nearly 10 percent of his passes have been worth six points. [divider]
Joe Germinerio – Brockport

Sophomore quarterback Joe Germinerio has been a revelation for Brockport. His Golden Eagles are 9-0 for the first time in the history of the program, thanks in large part to his stellar play this year. He has scored 20 touchdowns through the air, nine on the ground, and has the highest completion percentage (69.7) and pass efficiency in the conference. [divider]
Steven Ferreira – Cortland

The Red Dragons' signal caller is one of 48 D3 quarterbacks who have thrown at least 20 touchdown passes this season. His TD to INT ratio of 3.3 is the second best in the conference as well.
Ferreira very nearly led Cortland to an upset win over Brockport earlier this season, completing 30 of 42 passes for 385 yards, four touchdowns, and an interception. His team was tied with the Golden Eagles going into the fourth quarter. Close, but it wasn't enough. Brockport scored three times in the fourth and won 52-38.
