We're only halfway through the college football season, yet the Pac-12's playoff hopes are hanging by a thread, one that could snap in Eugene, Ore., in Week 7.
Through six weeks, the Pac-12 has four teams still alive in the College Football Playoff picture, tied with the ACC for second-fewest of any remaining conference. Two of those teams — Washington and Oregon — meet this weekend in a game that will eliminate one of the conference's potential playoff teams.
