Winning four games in a season is never a good look, but Oregon State is at least trending in the right direction in the Pac-12. Part of the reason for hope is that the Beavers won their last two games of the season, identifying some key players to build around in the process.
If you are only going to win four games in a season, it is a good idea to win late as the momentum that it builds for the following fall is tangible. If the Beavers have made progress on the offensive and defensive lines this summer then a bowl bid is not out of the question in 2017.
