A college football team will only go as far as their secondary lets them. While having a good front seven on defense is key, those players can be taken out of the game if a quarterback has receivers running free down the field. These three teams in the ACC should have no problem with that in 2017 as their secondaries (barring injuries) are shaping up to be the very best in the league.
