With less than a month remaining until college football season kicks off, the ACC is doing a countdown of the top 30 players in the league. Today's video features Pittsburgh OL, Brian O'Neill.
Brian O'Neill is on the verge of becoming a star offensive lineman on the national level. Moving to left tackle this season will help, but O'Neill made his name known last year by scoring a couple of touchdowns on trick plays for the Panthers. These showed that the athletic O'Neill is unlike any other lineman in the nation.
