Christian McCaffrey was the 8th overall pick out of Stanford in the 2017 NFL Draft, and in his first NFL game for the Carolina Panthers he showed off his versatility in a 23-3 Panthers victory over the San Francisco 49ers.

In his debut, McCaffrey rushed 13 times for 47 yards and aught 5 passes on a team-high 7 targets for 38 yards. He returned 3 punts for 7 yards and also lost a fumble on the day.
