The former Texas turned Florida Atlantic receiver benefited from a mix-up in the Badgers coverage and slipped behind the corner, catching a pass in stride from quarterback Daniel Parr and out-striding the defense for the 63-yard score, answering an earlier 63-yard Wisconsin touchdown and bringing the game within a score.
McNeal scored on a 62-yard bomb last week against Navy, too.
