Week 7 College Football Betting: Georgia-Alabama, Best Bets and More

You will watch Georgia-Alabama in Week 7…but does that mean you should bet on Georgia-Alabama in Week 7.

Georgia’s visit to Tuscaloosa is the game thus far this college football season and will undoubtedly loom large in the SEC Championship and College Football Playoff pictures. It will draw millions of viewers and is one of only two 8 p.m. ET kickoffs in a week without a kickoff after 8 p.m. ET). And after Nick Saban’s positive COVID test on Wednesday, the Crimson Tide will attempt to win a football game without Saban on the sideline for the first time in 14 years.

Prior to Saban’s positive test, Alabama was a 6.5-point favorite in their first game against Georgia in Tuscaloosa since 2007. On this week’s High Motor podcast, betting expert Chase Kiddy broke down that number and, later in the show, predicted how that line could move after Saban’s test.
