College football bowl season continues Monday, December 19 with the Miami Beach Bowl, which features a 2:30 p.m. ET matchup between Central Michigan and Tulsa.
This will be the second matchup ever between the Chippewas and the Golden Hurricane when the two teams take the field at Marlins Park for the third installment of the Miami Beach Bowl.

Last Year Memphis scored 55 points behind the arm of Paxton Lynch on the way to defeating BYU 55-48. The first Miami Beach Bowl in 2014 was won by Western Kentucky, 45-35 over South Florida.
Central Michigan heads into the bowl game with a 6-6 record this season. Quarterback Cooper Rush put together a strong year, totaling 3,299 passing yards for 23 touchdowns. His favorite receiver was Corey Willis, who had a thousand-yard year (1,024 receiving yards) and scored nine touchdowns. Devon Spalding led the ground charge with 737 yards and six scores.
Tulsa finished the year with a 9-3 record. Dane Evans quarterbacked the Golden Hurricanes and put up a solid 3,044 yards and 27 touchdowns. James Flanders rushed for 1,529 yards and 17 touchdowns, and Keevan Lucas reeled in 74 passes for 1,108 yards and 12 scores
Tulsa is a 13-point favorite in a Miami Beach Bowl matchup that figures to see plenty of offense. The over/under is set at 70 points.
The winner will take a 2-1 lead in the short all-time series between the two teams.
