The 2022 FCS playoff bracket has 11 auto-bids from 11 conferences and 13 at-large bids. Eight teams will be seeded with first-round byes. The national championship game is scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 8, in Frisco, Texas, and will air on ABC.
Frisco hosts the championship game for the 13th season. The city and Toyota Stadium have the game contract through the 2024 season with an option for the 2025 season.

The 2022 FCS playoff bracket will be announced Sunday, Nov. 20. The selection show will air at 12:30 p.m. ET on ESPNU.
First-round games are scheduled for Nov. 26, the second-round games will be Dec. 3, the quarterfinals are Dec. 9 and 10, the semifinals are Dec. 16 and 17, and the title game is Jan. 8 in Frisco, Texas.
