The 2025 Big South Basketball Tournament begins March 5, and the college basketball odds favor High Point to hoist the title.
High Point earned the No. 1 seed after finishing the regular season 14-2 in league play. This is its second consecutive No. 1 seed in the Big South Tournament. The last time a Big South team earned back-to-back top seeds was 2010 and 2011.
UNC Asheville and Winthrop tied for second at 11-5 in the Big South standings. The two teams split the season series, and the Bulldogs earned the No. 2 seed due to their 1-1 record vs. top-seeded High Point (Winthrop went 0-2 against High Point). Radford is the No. 4 seed after finishing 9-7 in the standings.
