Hype videos have become a staple of college football and although preseason ones are always nasty, midseason videos kick up the heat a few notches. Similarly, as we continue the march toward the College Football Playoff, the games are intensifying and carrying significantly more weight than those six weeks ago.
One team that finds their season literally hinging on every single game is BR-3 TCU, who remains undefeated, but under intense scrutiny after a series of close wins. Despite near-disastrous defeats to Minnesota, Texas Tech and Kansas State, the Horned Frogs are in prime position to reach the playoff field after last year’s snub.
Although each of their five remaining games are crucial to grabbing one of the four spots, everyone is looking ahead to their season-ending showdown with BR-2 Baylor on November 27th. Both teams could be undefeated and the game could essentially be a one-game playoff. TCU will be seeking vengeance for their disastrous collapse against the Bears last season, a loss that ultimately cost them a playoff spot.
