Scot Loeffler was an incredibly successful offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach before becoming Bowling Green’s head coach. He’s mentored the likes of Tom Brady, Tim Tebow, and other eventual NFL passers.
Previously, he was an offensive coordinator and QBs coach from 2016-18 at Boston College. He was also an OC and quarterbacks coach at Virginia Tech (2013-15), Auburn (2012), and Temple (2011).
Before that, he was a quarterbacks coach at multiple college and NFL teams. He worked with QBs at Florida (2009-10), Michigan (2002-07), and Central Michigan (2000-01) as well as with the Detroit Lions in 2008.
Loeffler began his coaching career as a student assistant at Michigan in 1996 and was a graduate assistant there from 1998-99.
