I’m picking NMSU to win, but I’m predicting FIU will cover the spread at +6.5 and the game will go Over 49.5 total points.
I think this game will be close. FIU quarterback Keyone Jenkins and New Mexico State quarterback Diego Pavia are talented enough to make this a high-scoring game.
But I ultimately believe NMSU has the advantage at home. I think the Aggies’ defense will make just enough plays late to pull out a win.
