Burns signed a five-year, $2.7 million deal to coach at Kent State that includes a base salary of $525,000 in 2023 along with other bonuses, according to cleveland.com. Sean Lewis, Kent State’s previous head coach, made $530,000 in total pay in 2022, according to USA Today.
