I understand the quarterback situation has been a little problematic for the Spartans. But they’ve still proven to be a talented team on both sides of the ball.
I also think SJSU’s offense might be a little tough to prepare for because multiple quarterbacks have been seeing the field. And either one of them can make plays for SJSU.
I also simply don’t believe this Fresno State team is playing at its best right now. The Bulldogs have lost two of their last three games and nearly dropped their matchup at Nevada. For whatever reason, Fresno State isn’t showing the potential many people thought the team had going into the year.
I think San Jose State’s defense ends up thriving in this matchup in a low-scoring, close game that ends up going the Spartans’ way.
