Eighteen FCS standouts will take part in the 2024 East-West Shrine Bowl, a top-tier all-star game for NFL Draft prospects.
The Shrine Bowl game is set for Feb. 1 with a 7 p.m. CT kickoff on the NFL Network, although the practices leading up to the game are the most valuable for the prospects to show off for scouts.
