Five FCS standouts will take part in the 2024 Senior Bowl week, a top-tier all-star game for NFL Draft prospects.
Houston Christian OLB Jalyx Hunt
New Hampshire RB Dylan Laube
SEMO WR Ryan Flournoy
South Dakota State RB Isaiah Davis
Yale OL Kiran Amegadjie
The Senior Bowl game is set for Feb. 3 with a 12 p.m. CT kickoff on the NFL Network, although the practices leading up to the game are the most valuable for the prospects to show off for scouts.
Hunt’s frame at 6-foot-4 and 248 pounds and his athleticism entice scouts. He spent three years at Cornell before transferring to HCU. In 2022 and 2023, he combined for 133 tackles, 20.5 TFLs, and 13.5 sacks.
Laube was an all-purpose king at UNH. The 5-foot-10, 208-pounder rushed for a career 2,773 yards and 29 TDs, totaled 1,791 receiving yards with 14 scores, had 2,207 kick return yards and two touchdowns, and 426 punt return yards and two TDs.
The 6-foot-2 and 205-pound Flournoy had 118 catches for 1,823 yards and 13 touchdowns in two seasons at SEMO after transferring from Iowa Western CC.
Davis, who is 6-foot-1 and 220 pounds, racked up 4,548 career rushing yards and 50 touchdowns for the Jackrabbits.
Amegadjie, a 6-foot-5 and 326-pounder, had his 2023 season cut short due to a quad injury. As he recovers from surgery, Amegadjie will attend the Senior Bowl practices and meet with NFL teams.
