A pair of FCS stars remain high atop most draft boards as the 2017 NFL Draft nears. Both Eastern Washington wide receiver Cooper Kupp and Youngstown State defensive end Derek Rivers are considered top-100 prospects by CBS Sports.

The leading receiver in FCS history with all-time records in total receptions (428), receiving yards (6,464), and receiving touchdowns (73), Cooper Kupp is CBS Sports' No. 6 wide receiver prospect and the No. 65 overall prospect in the draft.
Youngstown State's Rivers, meanwhile has followed up an impressive college career with and equally impressive offseason at the Senior Bowl, NFL Combine and his Pro Day. He considered the No. 9 defensive end in a loaded class at the position, and the No. 74 overall prospect according to CBS' rankings.
Both of these guys look like day two picks at worst, and each has a shot at being a second-round, or even first-round pick, if a team likes what they see in them.
In Todd McShay's recently released three-round NFL Mock Draft, Cooper Kupp is the 61st pick to the Green Bay Packers and Derek Rivers goes No. 90 to the Seattle Seahawks. (Talk about good fits, right? Kupp gets to play with Aaron Rodgers and Rivers slides into that defense?)
ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. also slates Kupp to the Packers with the 61st pick in his latest mock draft, while McShay has had Rivers as high as No. 62 to the Pittsburgh Steelers in a recent mock draft.
