The countdown to the 2018 college football season is on. Four FCS teams are in action Aug. 25 as Duquesne takes on UMass, Prairie View faces Rice and North Carolina A&T and Jacksonville State square off in ESPN’s FCS Kickoff.

41: Brady May, senior fullback — Weber State
Yes, fullbacks do exist in the Big Sky Conference. In fact, there are several good ones as more teams than you think want to get physical on offense rather than throw the ball 40 times a game. Weber State is one of those physical teams. And May is the bruising fullback that old-school football fans admire.
May gets it done all over the field. His name appeared on last year's All-Big Sky teams twice. He earned First Team honors as a special teams player and Second Team as a fullback. May also was named on the 2017 HERO Sports All-American First Team for his special teams play and he's on our 2018 preseason First Team.
At 5-foot-11, 235 pounds, May did a lot of the dirty work. But he also got some touches last season, rushing the ball eight times for 20 yards and two touchdowns and catching 10 passes for 108 yards.
