13: Elijah Bell, WR (Jr.) — North Carolina A&T
Bell had just one Division I offer in high school. NC A&T took a chance on him and a couple years later, Bell has developed into the best wide receiver in the MEAC.
The 6-foot-1, 222-pounder led the conference last year with 953 yards and 11 touchdowns, which was a single-season school record, and also hauled in 64 catches. The year before, Bell was named the MEAC Rookie of the Year after catching 35 balls for 631 yards and eight touchdowns.
Bell is just a junior but can already break the school's career receiving record. He needs 718 yards to pass Herbert Harbison. The West Virginia native is also just seven touchdown receptions away from breaking the NC A&T record. He'll have a great shot to reach those marks with Lamar Raynard behind center.
Look for big things from Bell in his junior season. We are at HERO Sports and have him on our preseason All-American Third Team.
