Maine head coach Joe Harasymiak joins The FCS Coaches Corner this FCS Quarterfinals week with HERO Sports' Brian McLaughlin. We talked about the long trip out to Ogden, Utah this week to face Weber State, what's his philosophy in recruiting, especially his home state of New Jersey, and let's give this man a chance to bash us in the media for being the one quarterfinalist that none of us voted for in the preseason polls (he was kind, for the record).

FCS BOWL THIS WEEKEND: Who Made All-Star Roster[divider]
Maine had never won a home playoff game in the FCS Postseason — until Saturday's explosive victory over the
Ohio Valley Conference champion
Jacksonville State. By halftime, the Black Bears had post 42 points after not having surpassed 38 points in a game all season. It was a masterful effort, and couple that with the CAA championship this year, the win over an FBS program (
Western Kentucky) and the way this program played defense, this program and it's coach — Joe Harasymiak, who we do the FCS Coaches Corner podcast with (below) — has a lot to be proud of.
But good luck getting Maine to pat itself on the back this early. On Friday night, at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN2, Maine will face
Big Sky powerhouse Weber State in the FCS Quarterfinals in Ogden, Utah. This is the program's fourth trip to the FCS Quarterfinals — but it has never made the semifinals. Will that change this weekend?
We talked to "Coach H." about the experiences.
