N.C. State safety Josh Jones was pegged as a fourth round talent and the No. 5 free safety prospect according to CBS Sports.
But that evaluation came before the NFL Combine.

Then Jones made headlines over the last few days, shattering expectations during combine workouts. The former Wolfpack defensive standout has garnered enough attention to become one of the top safeties selected in April's NFL Draft.
"NC State safety Josh Jones has to be one of the biggest winners from group one," National Football Post College and NFL Draft analyst Dion Caputi said. "Workout warrior, drills were awesome, reckless abandon on film too."
OK I see @PackFootball has a @adrian_wilson24 Jr. out there in Josh Jones! Big shoes to fill there though! ???? #NFLCombine #BigA**Safety

The first time Jones put his name on the map came in the bench press, where he knocked out 20 reps, the 5th most of any defensive back.
And he wasn't done there.
Jones then showcased his speed with a 4.41 40-yard dash, the fastest time recorded from any safety in this year's class.
