No. 41 Josh Allen
Kentucky – LB
Another Josh Allen could be selected in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft. And unlike this year's Josh Allen, next year's Josh Allen is actually fun to watch. In fact, he's one of the most exciting players to watch in the entire country.
This year's Josh Allen is a 6-foot-5, 250-pound linebacker from Kentucky who passed on the 2018 draft after a massive junior season. The former two-star recruit — the 97th-ranked weak-side defensive end and 2,121st-ranked overall player in the 2015 class — had 9.5 tackles for loss and seven sacks.
“He’s made drastic jumps; he’s changed himself from an NFL player to a bona fide day one pick,” Kentucky head coach Mark Stoops said of Allen, who's gained nearly 20 pounds of muscle since playing last season at 230 pounds.
Josh Allen is the best No. 41 in college football, will contend for several SEC and national honors, and could be the first linebacker off the board next April.
