Kirk Herbstreit applauds Minnesota's aggressive extension of P.J. Fleck and likes their chances of retaining Fleck for years.
In his third season, Fleck has already led Minnesota to their first 10-win regular season in more than a century and has them one win away from their first-ever division title and Big Ten Championship appearance. He was given one-year extensions in both 2017 and 2018 before signing an extension earlier this season that bumped his salary and buyout.
