COMPARE: Texas
Ricky Williams was an absolute terror at Texas in 1998 in rushing for 2,124 yards, which currently ranks #13 on the all-time list for rushing yards in a single season. Williams would finish his Longhorn career with over 6,000 yards on the ground and an astounding 75 total touchdowns.
Needless to say, second place finisher Michael Bishop of Kansas State was never really in the race.
