Mike Leach and Nick Rolovich have never coached together — or even coached in the same state or same conference — but are good friends, says Leach, who is happy to see his late-night call buddy get his old job at Washington State.
On Thursday, six days after Leach was introduced as Mississippi State head coach after eight years in Pullman, Nick Rolovich was introduced as Washington State head coach. Leach dropped by the High Motor podcast to talk about his "good friend" landing with the Cougars.
