The Cleveland Browns are loaded with talent. From one of the more gifted offensive lines in football led by Joe Thomas to last year's No. 1 Myles Garrett on the other side of the ball. They could use a better RB1 and few more playmakers in the secondary, but overall the roster is made up of more talent than many teams that actually won games in 2017.
So why did the Browns go 0-16? Well, there's no ONE reason (Thomas missed most of the season, that hurt), but QB play was a big one.
The Browns ranked No. 22 in passing yards, No. 28 in passing TD and led the league in interceptions thrown by six over the next-highest total (Denver, 22).
We're assuming the Browns find a QB this offseason, whether it be in April's draft — presumably with the No. 1 or No. 4 pick — via free agency, where Kirk Cousins or Case Keenum could be the target, or even trade, which may include Cousins, Nick Foles or even Eli Manning.
But what might Round 1 of the 2018 NFL Draft look like if the Browns do NOT select a QB with either of their picks?
