With less than a month remaining until college football season kicks off, the ACC is doing a countdown of the top 30 players in the league. Today's video features Florida State defensive end, Brian Burns.
Burns was perhaps not expected to provide all that much for the Seminoles as a freshman in 2016. The defensive end though burst out onto a national stage as he picked up 9.5 sacks -along with many more hurries and collapsed pockets – in his first year of college ball. Burns has worked on his run stopping ability this offseason in an attempt to become an every down defensive player, news that should terrify quarterbacks in the league.
