Week 6 of the 2017 college football season was highlighted by a couple of major upsets. No. 3 Oklahoma was the biggest name to go down, losing in shocking fashion to Iowa State. The Sooners were hardly alone though, as Michigan was upset by in-state rival Michigan State in the Big House.
One team that managed to avoid any real drama was No. 1 Alabama, who was pushed as hard as they have been in a month by Texas A&M, albeit with an air of inevitability that the Crimson Tide would win in the end.
