Here's the six players and the ranks Kiper slots them in his big board:
83. Desmond Harrison, OT, West Georgia
88. Nathan Shepherd, DT, Fort Hays State
95. Alex Cappa, OT, Humboldt State
192. Zach Sieler, DE, Ferris State
274. Vyncint Smith, WR, Limestone
287. Luis Perez, QB, Texas A&M-Commerce
Kiper notes that players 200-300 in his top 300 are all projected 5th-7th rounders, which means he thinks six players are draftable from the Division 2 ranks with three locks in Harrison, Shepherd and Cappa.
Harrison and Kappa, who are ranked No. 83 and No. 95 overall on Kiper's Big Board, are his No. 10 and 11 offensive tackles by positional rankings.
Shepherd, who comes in at No. 88 overall, is Kiper's highest ranked player by positional rankings, coming in at No. 6 among defensive tackles. Sieler, his No. 192 overall player, is his 18th-ranked defensive end.
Smith, the No. 274 overall player on his big board, is the No. 36 wide receiver in his positional rankings. Perez, the final D2 player in the top 300, is Kiper's No. 16 quarterback.
