There was a time when it looked like we had seen the last of Marshawn Lynch in the NFL. The five-time Pro Bowl running back has always been his own man, so when he retired from the Seattle Seahawks after the 2015 season there were many who expected him to be done.

There were, however, just as many who figured Lynch would get that itch back after sitting out for a year and want another crack in the league. That was the side that would have won this particular bet.
Lynch is back in pads (or shells at least) and here you can see him working out with his Oakland Raiders teammates. It is not like Oakland was bad on the ground last season as they finished sixth in the NFL in rushing yards, but anytime you can add a proven commodity like Lynch to the squad it is a no-brainer.
