FiveThirtyEight's 2017 college football predictions page was updated following last week's losses by Ohio State and Penn State and wins by the rest of the top-10 teams in the CFP Rankings, including Wisconsin, Miami (FL) and Notre Dame.
Alabama is the only team with better than a 60-percent chance of making the four-team field (63), while seven others have at least a 25 percent chance, including Wisconsin, who is given a 37 percent of reaching the playoff. That would entail winning the Big Ten Championship, which the Badgers are given a 49 percent of doing. Their 37-percent playoff clip is higher than both Miami (27) and Notre Dame (25).
