The 2017 NFL Draft is upon us. The yearly extravaganza is taking place in Philadelphia from Thursday, April 27 to Saturday, April 29 this year.
Over the span of three days, a whole host of former college football stars are finding new homes where they will hopefully impress during the offseason and make a living playing on Sundays.
Chad Williams of Grambling was taken by the Arizona Cardinals in the third round of the draft. Williams was a beast in the SWAC as the 6-foot-1 WR runs a 4.37 in the 40-yard dash and has a 35.5-inch vertical leap. As a senior Williams caught 90 passes for over 1,300 yards and 11 touchdowns.
