The 2017 NFL Draft is upon us. The yearly extravaganza is taking place in Philadelphia from Thursday, April 27 to Saturday, April 29 this year.
Over the span of three days, a whole host of former college football stars are finding new homes where they will hopefully impress during the offseason and make a living playing on Sundays.
Kenny Golladay of Northern Illinois went to the Detroit Lions in the third round of the draft. Golladay is seen by the Lions who can either play on the edges or over the middle in their system. He has unique route running ability for such a big guy and his 6-foot-4 frame makes him an attractive red-zone target.
