Power Five teams occupy 60 of the top 100 spots in the HERO Sports College Football Rankings entering the bowl season. Arkansas, Oregon State, North Carolina, Louisville and Rutgers are the only Power Five teams outside the top 100.
Five Group of Five teams are in the top 30, led by No. 9 UCF, and Conference USA has two of the bottom-four teams: No. 127 Rice and No. 129 UTEP .
