While household names like Calvin Ridley of Alabama and James Washington of Oklahoma State are expected to be among the first few receivers taken in the draft, there are a few other names you should familiarize yourself with (and hope your favorite pro team selects them in April.)

Michael Gallup – Colorado State
Gallup is an absolute beast and could find himself as a top 10 wide receiver taken in the 2018 NFL Draft.
He was a consensus All-American and Biletnikoff Award finalist after finishing 2017 with 1,413 yards receiving on 100 catches for 7 touchdowns. It was quite the encore from his 2016 performance where he went off for 1,272 yards, 76 catches, and a whopping 14 TDs.
In speaking about Gallup to ESPN last December, head coach Mike Bobo said, "He's still raw as a route runner, but they [the scouts] like his size and strength and ability to catch with defenders on him. If he continues to grow, he can play for a long time."

Jaleel Scott – New Mexico State
Standing at 6' 5", 216 pounds, Scott is a massive target that made sure to let the college football world know all about him during the week's first season when he made quite possibly the catch of the year against Arizona State. The All-Sun Belt first-team receiver was a key reason the Aggies broke the longest bowl drought in college football as he racked up 1,079 yards receiving on 76 catches and 9 touchdowns.
One thing that should impress NFL scouts is that Scott came up huge in his team's three biggest games. He went off for 149 yards receiving in the opener against ASU, shredded Arkansas for 174, and hauled in another 134 in the team's finale against South Alabama that it had to win to become bowl eligible.
