The true foundation of a college football program is its underclassmen. Usually thought of as "depth providers," some of these Super Sophs end up being more than a backup — sometimes they turn out to be legitimate stars.
The FCS rarely sends players to the NFL Draft before their senior years, so these players go on to have monster four-year careers. This year in particular saw quite a few Super Sophs in the FCS. We decided to create a starting lineup made up of these sophomores, and we think this team could play with–and probably beat–just about anybody in the FCS.
