Miami (Ohio) has won its last five games, including a 23-14 victory over Toledo in the MAC Championship, to improve to 11-2 overall. Meanwhile, App State (8-5) won five straight contests as well to reach the Sun Belt title game before losing in that clash to Troy.

App State is a -6.5 college football betting odds favorite against Miami (Ohio), with the Over/Under being 44.5.
The moneyline for the Mountaineers is -250, while it’s +200 for the RedHawks.
Cure Bowl On TV
The Miami-App State matchup in the Cure Bowl will be televised on ABC.
The game will take place at 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, Dec. 16, at FBC Mortgage Stadium in Orlando.

I’m picking App State to win and cover the spread at -6.5. I also am predicting this contest will go Over 44.5 total points.
The Mountaineers didn’t play their best against Troy in the Sun Belt title game. However, I think they were thriving before that and will bounce back. They did just enough to take down JMU, one of the best teams in the country, just a few weeks ago.
The RedHawks put together an impressive run to take the MAC Championship. However, I think App State’s offense will continue to shine and will help the Mountaineers win by a touchdown.
