This video features Idaho State G Skyler Phillips. Phillips may be a small school prospect, but he impressed scouts and evaluators enough to receive a Senior Bowl invite in 2018. He has good size and weight to his frame and scouts like his ability to play either guard or center if needed at the next level.
If Phillips can show the ability to handle interior speed rushers then he will go at the top end of his third through fifth round grade.
