The 25 most valuable programs in college football combined for an average of $2.7 billion in annual revenue and $1.5 billion in annual profit from 2015-17, according to Chris Smith of Forbes. Smith compiled financial data for FBS program for the three most recent years in which records were available.
Of the 12 most valuable teams, seven are in the SEC, led by No. 1 Texas A&M. The ACC and Pac-12, meanwhile, have zero teams in the top 12. Their highest-ranked teams, respectively, are No. 24 Clemson and No. 14 Oregon.
